Discover. Design. Build. Run.

  1. Discover

    We learn your business from the ground up, talking to the people doing the work from the field to the office to the owner. You receive a discovery report showing where time and money are going.

  2. Design

    We present the findings and a clear, prioritised roadmap, broken into modules, each with a fixed price. Simple fixes come before new software, and you choose where to start.

  3. Build

    We build each module around how your people work, connect it to the systems you keep through API integrations, and test it with your crews before anything goes live.

  4. Run

    Once it's live, we host, maintain and support it, and keep improving it as your business grows. Prefer to run it yourselves? We can hand it over.

Construction subcontractor

A growing contractor with a busy yard, several entities and information spread across many tools.

What we found

Built by people who've run the work.

SONATEC was founded in 2025 by Eddy Shafie, an engineer with a background in infrastructure, project management and operations.

Eddy has delivered major water infrastructure programs, managed field crews and subcontractors, and run the operational and financial side of a business, from rosters and reporting to payroll and the books.

That's why our solutions are practical, why they work for the people who use them every day, and why we always connect the work to the numbers: revenue, costs and margins.
